We host all types of events at the Lodge, most of which are weddings of 40 guests or less. We can host weddings for up to 200 guests, but we do require additional rentals like a tent and bathrooms etc. However, with weddings of 40 guests or less there no additional rentals required and we have lots of options for ceremony and reception locations right here on the property.
Most couples really like our expansive deck overlooking the back yard and out to and over the Continental Divide.
The deck can accommodate up to 40 guests for Ceremony and Reception and faces East, which is perfect for pictures with the sun setting in the west directly behind you.
We also have a flat grassy area just below the deck that has an amazing view of Mt. Baldy and Mt. Guyot. This area is also available for larger weddings.
As a third option some guests pick to have their ceremony in the lower back yard. This is an expansive area immersed in the surrounding forest.
These are most of our outside options, but with a large property, it is really up to you. The inside options are limited to a max of 40 guests. Our new event room, The Alpine Room, is 500 square feet of wide open space. This room has an amazing view, with access to the outdoors. You could use this room for everything; Ceremony, Reception and Dancing. Also, The Alpine room is also a great room for scrap booking clubs, quilting clubs, painting clubs and just about anything club.
