It’s almost impossible to be thinking about skiing right now because the weather has just been so gorgeous. With highs in the 70s during the day and not a cloud in the sky, it makes for just some amazing slow season weather.
With the town of Breckenridges’ endless pursuit to make housing for all Americans in our small little town, they have pushed free parking to the extreme limits of the town. This will add at least an hour to getting to the ski resort on the free bus system, only to be dropped off at the gondola to wait in line for an hour to get to the Colorado chair to wait in line to get your first run.
This is a clear indication that day skiing is really a thing of the past.
BUT… our ski-in and ski-out home above the base of Peak 8 is a great option for those who put a priority on skiing! Having the ability to ski down to the ski lift, ski home for lunch and to not have to use your car at all is absolutely the best way to go.

Our Amazing Central Mountain location, affords you the ability just keep the whole mountain without massive traversing. We are also right above the ski school proving grounds with easy walk to access to watch your little ones improve their skills.
This home has a max occupancy of 19 guests. If your group is larger than 19 guests, obviously I recommend booking a room here for our High Country Lodge, which has a complete shuttle service ready to get you to the slopes on time and back in time for happy hour.
