What an exciting couple of days at High Country Lodge!
We just wrapped up a three-day commercial shoot with Ken Faught and Off-road Travel TV, and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
Ken arrived with an incredibly positive attitude and a true can-do, get-it-done approach. From the first day of filming to the last, he brought great energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to the project.
Over the three days, we had the opportunity to showcase so much of what makes High Country Lodge special.
We filmed the Lodge, captured the incredible mountain setting and views, enjoyed a great lunch on the deck, and—of course—found time for some seriously fun off-roading.
More Than Just a Place to Stay
One of the things we wanted to capture during the shoot is what makes High Country Lodge different.
The Lodge isn’t simply a place to sleep while you’re visiting Breckenridge. It’s a destination in itself.
With expansive space, incredible mountain scenery, easy access to the surrounding National Forest, and plenty of room for vehicles, trailers, equipment, and groups, the Lodge is particularly well suited for off-road enthusiasts.
You can spend the morning exploring the trails, come back to the Lodge for lunch on the deck, relax with your group, and then head back out for another adventure.
There’s room to spread out and enjoy yourself without feeling like you’re packed into a typical resort property.
The Perfect Combination
Filming with Ken gave us the opportunity to combine two things we love about High Country Lodge: the mountain experience and the adventure.
One minute you’re sitting on the deck enjoying lunch with incredible views of the Continental Divide.
The next you’re climbing into a vehicle and heading out for some Colorado off-road fun.
That’s Colorado.
That’s High Country Lodge.
Now We Wait…
After three busy days of cameras, vehicles, mountain roads, good food, and plenty of laughs, we’re looking forward to seeing the finished product.
It’s always exciting to see what a professional production team can create from the raw footage, and we’re especially excited to see how Ken and the Offroad Travel TV team capture the Lodge and the surrounding area.
A huge thank you to Ken Faught for bringing such great energy to the project and making the entire shoot so enjoyable.
We can’t wait to share the final product when it’s ready.
Until then, we’ll be back at the Lodge—enjoying the mountains, cooking some great food, and probably looking for another trail to explore.
